Problems logging in

• The password is case sensitive
• If you are using a tablet or smartphone, please keep in mind that the keyboard may suggest an uppercase letter for the first letter, i.e. make sure the case is correct.

Problems receiving the activation mail

• Make sure the mail isn't in your spam folder
• A missing activation mail is usually because your mail program has put it in the spam folder. The reason for this is nothong we can influence, since this is up to your mail program.
• There are several things you can do to avoid this in the future:
  • When you find the mail in your spam folder, mark it as "Not spam".
  • You can also add the sender to your address book.
• Please keep in mind that it is not always possible to see the spam folder on your tablet/smartphone so make sue you check it on a PC
